What We Collect

When you use OrbVeil, we may collect:

• Email address and name (when you sign up for monitoring)
• Satellite NORAD IDs you register for screening
• Usage analytics (page views, feature usage via Umami — privacy-first, no cross-site tracking)
• Lead capture form submissions (name, email, organization, satellite)

What We Don't Collect

• We don't use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or other third-party advertising trackers
• We don't sell your data
• We don't share your data with third parties except as required for service operation

How We Use Your Data

• To generate and deliver conjunction screening reports for your satellites
• To send daily digest emails and critical event alerts
• To improve our screening models (aggregate, anonymized analysis only)
• To communicate product updates (opt-out available at any time)

Data Storage

Screening data is stored on our infrastructure in the United States. Email delivery uses Google Workspace. Analytics uses Umami (self-hosted).

Deletion

To delete your data, email privacy@orbveil.com. We'll process deletion requests within 30 days.
